Membership terms & conditions
1. The Falconbury Membership discounts only come into effect upon receipt of payment of the Membership fee. Any bookings taken prior to payment are held provisionally, then confirmed and invoiced when payment has been received.
2. The annual Membership lasts from the date of booking to the end of the same month in the following year.
3. The Falconbury Membership is only valid for employees of your organisation. In order to benefit from the Membership discounts your Membership number must be quoted when making the booking. Please be advised that once the booking is processed discounts cannot be applied historically.
4. Falconbury Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, including multiple booking discounts, unless otherwise stated or negotiated.
5. The Falconbury Membership fee is subject to a 14 day period after subscription, where the Membership can be canceled free of charge. After this time any cancelation will incur the full fee.
