Presenter
Annie Zlotnick is a highly experienced management and human resource development consultant who has worked on both sides of the Atlantic. Originally from New York, her career spans eleven years as Managing Director of a large health care facility. She holds two Masters Degrees from Columbia University and City University of New York. Moving to the UK in 1988, she began a highly successful career as a consultant and HRD practitioner. She has spent over 20 years working with global organisations to build and develop management capability. She has undertaken projects for private sector companies as well as public sector organisations.
She has also had extensive experience in guiding staff through culture change, reorganisations and restructuring. Her clients include MCE, Virgin Atlantic, Safeway plc, De Beers, British Aerospace and Bond Pearce as well as clients in the public sector of health and local government.
