Overall great, some speakers more interesting than others

Thomas GAVORY, Proposals Manager, DORIS Engineering

Not all areas and sessions were relevant to me, however a background knowledge is an advantage to me in the areas.

Ian George Morrison, Commercial & Contracts Manager, Subsea 7

The presentation and the speakers have been great, but maybe for another course it should be useful to have more workshops and examples.

It was good. Personally I acquired some knowledge and better understanding of what goes into oil and gas contracts.

Nancy Amoah, Contracts Advisor - Well Engeering, Tullow Ghana Ltd

It's a bit too high level and passive. The presentation touch very interesting topics but there is no time to develop.

Alberto Petracci, Lead Mechanical & Rotating Equip, Single Buoy Moorings Bureau D'Etudes SAM

Very good content, excellent speakers but too many speakers for the length of the course

Gavin Howe, Barrister, Crown Office Row Chambers

Excellent course content, very relevant

Michael Carthy, Onshore Seismic Category Lead, Tullow Group Services

Excellent course content, very relevant.

Michael Carthy, Onshore Seismic Category Lead, Tullow Group Services

I believe that it was a good teaching course but it could have been better. I think it focused too much on YOA, PSAs etc whereas it could have focused on the actual contract law.

Daniel Skuza, Procurement Co-ordinator, Senergy Holdings Limited

Content good, speakers in general okay but some dreadful.

Steven Scott, Vice President Eastern Hemisphere, TAM International North Sea

Overall a useful course with knowledgeable speakers

Ciara Watson, Commercial Coordinator, SPD Limited

I would propose to either decrease the number of topics or extend the duration of the course as various issues could be discussed only very briefly. Rob Maguire was the most impressive speaker in my opinion.

Juergen Hesselink, Commercial Analyst Europe, KCA DEUTAG Drilling GmbH

Very good, good presenters, good materials and very well run.

Daniel Jankes, Legal Counsel, Hurricane Energy plc

Very good course.

Gadilbek Mursaliyev, Legal Council, Tengizchevroil LLP

I am very thankful to organizers and speakers for such a productive and interactive course. I really enjoyed to imbibe all the topics presented by very broad-minded and experienced facilitators.

Danara Alzakhmetova, Contracts Specialist, TENGIZCHEVROIL LLP

Generally I really enjoyed the course. First time with Falconbury and hopefully I shall be opportune to attend more. The course content was very relevant to my field of trade, hence why I signed up for it. Most of the presenters were great especially Messrs Styles, Maguire and Amison. I do feel that Messrs Swan and Kielstra could have done a better job at their presentations.

Olayinka Ajose, Associate, Advocaat Law Practice

Nigel Bell, Senior Contract Engineer, CNR International (UK) Ltd

It was a very interesting course, speakers were excellent! Expect for EPC part, everything worked for me.

Mehriban Gafrova, Subsea 7 (UK Service Co)

Would not advise others to attend

Clare Meldrum, Project Manager, Oceaneering Multiflex
