Corporate Acquisitions and Disposals

This confidential two-day In-house workshop for senior management teams draws on the practical experience of our expert trainers to help develop and implement successful strategies for your deals.

Course Overview

M&As are the key element of many companies strategies to maximise value and create sustainable competitive advantage. Yet many acquisitions fail. Deals that were supposed to create great value for the organisation or an individual end up destroying value. Why?

This In-house programme draws on the practical experience of its expert trainers and looks at both the buyer and the seller perspectives to enable your management team to understand their roles and that of their counterparts. It delivers a broad, strategic perspective along with a detailed examination of the key elements in the process.

To find out more call our In-house Training Team on +44 (0)20 7729 6677 or email us at info@falconbury.co.uk or use our contact form and find out how we can help. There are no commitments, and if we cannot help our advice and recommendations are free of charge.

Useful in parts but did not really meet my needs

Leigh Howes, Group Legal Executive and Company Secretary, National Foods Limited

Very useful, a good overview and though provoking.

Ian Dodsworth, Finance Director & Company Secretary, Kerry Logistics (UK) Ltd

Good overview, lots of real world examples, highly experienced real world presenter rather than a lecturer. Powerpoint slides were weak, but course felt very conversational, which was good.

Ben Hammersley, Head of Finance, Godrej

Very good experienced presenter. Very conversational, lots of useful examples. Presentation slides were a bit light and not always clear.

Ben Hammersley, Head of Finance, Godrej

Overall the course was good

Khizer Ibrahim, Finance Director, UK & Ireland, ArjoHuntleigh

Excellent and insightful way to view M&A
