Kathy Daniels graduated in psychology and worked within human resource management for several organisations where she finally became a senior manager in a manufacturing organisation employing 2,500 people worldwide. Kathy started in her own business offering consultancy services and writes extensively on HR, and especially employment law, for a range of organisations including the CIPD. She has written seven books, all in the area of HRM. Kathy is a Teaching Fellow at Aston University, teaching employee relations and employment law at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is also a Lay Member of the Employment Tribunal, sitting in Birmingham.
Participants are invited to undertake a final assessment in the form of an online multiple-choice paper. A pass rate of 80% and above is required to ensure that a high level of competency has been achieved within the subject area, where upon you will receive a ‘Certificate of Excellence’.
