Contract Wordings

Reinsurance is a highly specialised industry and its related contracts are complex. The Insurance Act 2015 and the Enterprise Act 2016 have had significant impact on policy wordings, and changes in industry practices in recent years has meant more emphasis is put on reinsurance contract wordings. However, reinsurance industry contracts are only valuable if they accurately reflect what the underwriter intended and the insured expected.
